Who exactly are we looking for?

We are looking for people who:

  • have a minimum education medium and several years of experience in the sale of services in the TSL industry. We also highly value experience from other positions (e.g. export, import, logistics, procurement, sales)
  • they are able to actively acquire business customers, and then build and maintain business relations with them
  • are independent, propose solutions to emerging problems, actively expand their knowledge, and above all, are focused on their own professional and personal development
  • easily establish contact with another person, are characterized by high personal culture, and are able to independently plan their work and set priorities
  • are resistant to stress, able to prioritize tasks and organize their working time effectively
  • want to participate in building and developing a medium-sized company entering the stage of rapid development and are ready for remote or hybrid work
  • know the English language at a minimum intermediate level
  • have a category B driving license and know new technologies (Zoom/Meet/Teams)

What will I do?

  • researching the needs of potential customers in terms of logistics (transport, storage, distribution)
  • creating and presenting an offer tailored to the client's needs based on available marketing materials (online - Teams, Zoom or in person) and based on initial research
  • negotiating terms of cooperation with clients, partners and subcontractors
  • handling customer orders using the resources of our own fleet and vehicles of subcontractors
  • delegating instructions to drivers, supervising the proper course of transport services, taking up challenges to solve current difficulties and incidents
  • proactive acquisition of carriers to service the company's contracts
  • analysis of the market and competition based on sales trends in order to adapt activities, products and services to the changing needs of the client and the market situation
  • building the company's image on the Polish market as part of cooperation with the marketing department or the Management Board by conducting conscious brand building activities and highlighting the company's strengths
  • cooperation with sales, accounting and administration departments in terms of execution and settlement of orders, completion of documentation and reports

How is the implementation going?

The onboarding process includes:

  • getting to know the company's organizational culture, vision, mission and values
  • getting to know the forwarding and transport department, as well as the specifics of clients from various industries
  • training in the field of sales of services and the order processing process
  • training in soft skills and personal development
  • participation in webinars and valuable events, fairs

How is the forwarding department structured and how do we care for the atmosphere?

The forwarding department consists of 4 forwarders and is managed by the Manager.
The atmosphere in the team is built by:

  • discussing strategies together, analyzing the market and sharing opinions and ideas for improving efficiency
  • helping each other
  • introductory onboarding training on transport, forwarding and logistics, as well as training on sales, public speaking and presentations (also online)
  • meetings, during which each person can exchange their experiences

How will I be rewarded?

The remuneration system consists of 2 components:

  • fixed part in the amount of PLN 4 net - PLN 000 net
  • % commission calculated from the revenue generated by new customers
