WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO:
- have education min.
Secondary education and several years of experience in selling services in the TSL industry.
We equally value experience from other positions (e.g. export department, import department, logistics, procurement, sales) - Are able to actively acquire business customers and then build and maintain business relationships with them
- are independent, propose solutions to problems that arise, actively expand their knowledge, and above all are focused on their own professional and personal development
- easily establish contact with another person, have high personal culture, and are able to independently plan their work and set priorities
- are resilient to stress, able to prioritize tasks and organize their work time effectively
- want to participate in the building and development of a medium-sized company, entering a stage of rapid growth, and demonstrate a willingness to work remotely or hybridly
- speak English at a minimum intermediate-intermediate level
- have a driving license cat.
B and are familiar with new technologies (Zoom/Meet/Teams)
Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- study of the needs of potential customers in terms of logistics (transport, , storage, distribution)
- creating and presenting a tailored offer based on available marketing materials (online – Teams, Zoom or in person) and based on preliminary research
- negotiating terms of cooperation with customers, partners and subcontractors
handling customer orders using the resources of our own fleet and the vehicles of subcontractors - Delegation of instructions to drivers, supervision of the proper conduct of transport services,
- Addressing the challenges of solving ongoing impediments and incidents
- Proactively acquire carriers to service the company’s contracts
- Analyze the market and competition based on sales trends in order to adapt activities, products and services to changing customer needs and market situations
- Building the company’s image on the Polish market in cooperation with the marketing department or the Board of Directors by conducting conscious brand-building activities and highlighting the company’s strengths
- Cooperation with sales, accounting and administration departments in terms of execution and settlement of orders, completion of documentation and reports

FORWARDING DEPARTMENT HAS 4 FORWARDERS AND IS MANAGED BY A MANAGER.
THE ATMOSPHERE IN THE TEAM IS BUILT BY:
- Jointly discussing strategies, analyzing the market and sharing opinions and ideas to improve efficiency
- mutual assistance
- Initial onboarding training on transportation, shipping and logistics, as well as training in sales, public speaking and presentation skills (also online)
- meetings, where each person can exchange their experiences
Jak będę wynagradzany?
THE COMPENSATION SYSTEM CONSISTS OF 2 COMPONENTS:

- fixed part in the amount of PLN 4,000 net – PLN 6,000 net
- commission % calculated on revenue generated by new customers
